By accessing or using SchurrBuilt.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

SchurrBuilt, LLC (“Company”) provides 3D printing, scanning, and related services for hobbyists, businesses, and custom applications. Specific services and pricing are subject to change without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old or parental guardian for any minor to use this Site or purchase services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
   
• Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of SchurrBuilt, LLC and may be subject to restocking or service fees.
   

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, and product designs, are owned or licensed by SchurrBuilt, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

• You agree not to misuse the Site or upload unlawful content.
   
• You agree that any designs you submit for printing do not infringe on third-party rights.
   
• SchurrBuilt, LLC is not liable for customer-submitted designs that violate intellectual property laws.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law, SchurrBuilt, LLC is not liable for damages arising from:

• Use of its services or website;
   
• Errors in customer-provided designs;
   
• Delays, interruptions, or data loss.
   

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Wyoming. 

 SchurrBuilt, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
